“Julie led a ‘Research to Reality’ project where she developed a system to collect and analyze data from policyholders using the Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety Safety Climate Survey. Julie has helped to collect over 50,000 responses from 70 policyholders. She has been integral to improving the survey administration process by decreasing the time to develop and administer the survey. Improved ease of use has helped to increase policyholder satisfaction with the process along with increasing the volume of surveys completed. The decreased time between survey completion and report outs allows quicker interventions to improve safety climate.”
