“The creation of a course focused on retail middle management happened in under six months. Nerisha developed an engaging, motivating and effective revolutionary program. The course objectives are to make the connection that everyone is a safety leader, discover the value of safety, feel empowered to engage teams to Actively Care, know the tools to prevent injuries, and build a comprehensive action plan. She drove creativity and innovation by developing interactive ways to engage participants. As a result, we’ve seen a 10 percent decrease in our retail TIR this year and a 30 percent reduction in our largest brand.”
