“Cynthia planned, organized and implemented a series of internal EHS&S audits for our truck terminals in preparation for our three-year RCMS re-certification audit. She first selected and trained various employees (none of whom had any previous audit experience) from different segments of our company – operations, administration and EHS&S. She then initiated the internal audits in the same manner in which the RCMS re-certification audit would be conducted to make the internal audits as real life as possible. The managers, who were subjected to the actual RCMS audit, complimented Cynthia for her detailed preparation – all terminals received RCMS re-certification.”
