“Danielle fostered a culture of safety by creating quarterly safety celebration parties for the front-line employees, which focused on successes and wins as well as areas of opportunity. She was able to rejuvenate the safety culture by engaging front-line employees to create and own their own awareness programs and by quickly following up with fixes to create safety and efficiency wins. Danielle created the ‘You Made It Happen!’ poster series. She highlighted before and after photos and stories of safety concerns reminding the employee that Disney leadership quickly takes action when they have a concern. This lead to an increase in near-miss reporting and best practice sharing throughout the eight different trades.”
