“Wyatt rebuilt the safety system for a large construction project. Wyatt rewrote the site-specific safety program incorporating best practices and stakeholder concerns. He ensured subcontractors were meeting expectations in practice and through their programs through implementation of a site inspection program. He engaged stakeholders in conducting inspections for the site using this information to identify areas of concern. He developed an orientation and toolbox talk program and began tracking completion of the trainings. Wyatt created a culture where the entire project from field employees to management understood their role in safety.”
