I was surprised to see that 85% of the training was instructor led.
I retired in 2020 after a 30 year HR career in manufacturing (my first ten were in safety).
As a regional manager, I noticed, much to my chagrin, that most sites had moved to putting a video in, leaving the room and coming back at the end to collect documentation suggesting a compliance orientation.
