Robert Bogle
Age 34
Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager
Lincoln Industries
Lincoln, NE
“Mr. Bogle has partnered with the operations team here at Lincoln Industries to develop a program called the Environmental Health & Safety Representative Program. This program is focused on placing a talented, engaged individual with a safety focus within each operational area. This person acts as the point person for daily engagement on the factory floor for EHS. The reps have a direct line of communication to both safety and their peers, which has garnered a level of operator support and engagement not seen before at Lincoln Industries.”
