“Sheraz delivered 'Fire & Explosion Modelling,' 'Dispersion Modelling' and 'Safety Audit' training sessions to other department chemical engineers in 2019. He engaged field supervisors in 2019 for a 'Pause For Safety' campaign development, execution and team recognition to resolve a low incident reporting issue onsite. The way he structured this campaign not only got buy-in from field workers, but time-to-time sessions and recognition kept workers fully aware and motivated. As a result, self-incident reporting at Engro increased 40% and the site marked its lowest TRIR of the past decade. He also worked with the administration team to promote safety in nearby housing societies, for which he and his teams conducted safety training sessions at eight nearby villages.”
