“Kyle worked with Safety-Reports.com to build a standardized observation checklist and built training curriculum to roll out the program. Due to his rapport and support he gained from our largest operating function in the region, field operations, he was able to roll out the observation process for all leaders. They bought in and leaders showed ownership by mandating, from the VP level down, they would conduct monthly observations. The first year of the observations went well and six different projects, due to the observations, ranging from standardization of foreign voltage detectors to purchasing hands-free devices for all our techs, emerged.”
