“When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, Ecolab, like many organizations, initially struggled with handling our ongoing SH&E audit programs, which relied heavily on travel-based onsite activities. Amy was not deterred by this and instead she quickly led the development of a remote audit program using online and remote viewing technology. She rolled out the revised program globally. As a result of her actions, we were able to continue delivering the program and, more importantly, still identify valuable compliance insights to improve safety at our global locations.”
