Age: 35
Assistant Professor
Texas A&M University
College Station, TX

“In 2019, Chuma significantly revamped a safety engineering course at the University of Alabama by introducing emerging and critical concepts such as Prevention through Design, psychological safety, and intelligent systems applications in occupational safety and health. Over 250 students were instructed using the revised contents, and the revision was well received by students in his class. He also created a new graduate-level safety course at Texas A&M University in January.”
