“Jamie led an initiative to improve the safety of our employees working in confined spaces. This involved working with our operations employees and supervisors, as well as with outside vendors, to purchase multiple permanent and mobile confined space entry and retrieval davit systems. Another example of an initiative to improve the safety of our employees was the installation of perimeter guardrails around multiple city facilities. Jamie solicited feedback from our facilities’ employees who regularly have to perform maintenance from our roofs.”
