Senior Industrial Hygienist

“Rob identified associates with potential exposure to noise due to their work activities near material handling equipment and conveyance systems. He immediately began to measure noise at 65 sites. At the same time, he partnered with operations and engineering to pilot test noise abatement measures and ‘design in’ noise controls for new equipment. His efforts are protecting associates from the possibility of noise-induced hearing loss, changing the design and specification of new noise-producing equipment, and ensuring associates have a more pleasant work environment.”
