“‘Days without an incident’ on construction sites is always talked about, but sometimes it misses the bigger picture of what actually leads to reductions in injuries or incidents. Natalie runs a customized program called ‘Stretch and Flex.’ Every morning, Natalie leads the program to physically help workers prepare for the day ahead and get them in the right mental health space for the work to come. They participate in dynamic exercises targeted at injury prevention care and, like a yoga session, calming the minds of workers before the day begins.”
