“When Sean joined our group, our respirator program was confusing. Services were sporadic and compliance was low. Sean revised the program website, directing users to the information most important to them. He streamlined the respirator request process and inserted an exposure assessment to provide a certified PPE hazard assessment. He improved the medical evaluation process by collaborating with the Occupational Medicine Department. And he modified the online training course to include a fit-test scheduling feature.”
