She manages 39 facilities’ safety, including six clinics/stat labs plus her Central Laboratory. Fifty-plus facility inspections occur monthly, with 98% safe work conditions identified. Monthly ‘Safety Spotlights’ recognize proactive safety. Weekly bulletins are distributed to 1,600 employees.”
