Ryan Gunther

Age: 34
Regional HSE Manager
Ampirical Solutions
Covington, LA

“One of the things we believe in at Ampirical is a ‘no-blame’ culture. Blame solves nothing, and you can accuse and blame or you can learn and improve, but you can’t do both. Ryan has taken these values and built a safety culture that is second to none. To focus on leading indicators, a company has to collect true and unbiased data from its field employees. When this data is tracked and trended, we are able to see an accident before it happens and get out in front of it. Ryan and his team led this initiative, and we are learning how to make it safe for employees to fail.”
