Washington — The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences’ Worker Training Program has published Spanish-language versions of its resources on COVID-19’s impact on mental health and substance use.

Specifically, the tools focus on:

  • The prevention of occupational exposure to fentanyl and other opioids
  • The impact of the opioid crisis on workers, the workplace and the community
  • How these factors interacted with the COVID-19 pandemic

The resources include a PowerPoint presentation, a workplace solutions training tool and an activity worksheet.
