Jordan Haller “Jordan noticed a poor history for near-loss submissions in recent years, discussed the issue with his team, and then began focusing on education for what a near loss is, and how to share. Jordan developed a training package, and organized an incentive program to encourage participation. After delivering the training and integrating the incentive program to his organization, the amount of near losses increased dramatically.” |
